Kristi Noem, the newly confirmed Secretary of Homeland Security was seen, in New York City, kitted up in a bullet-proof vest and baseball cap, riding with her team of ICE agents arresting illegal aliens.

“Here in New York City this morning we are getting the dirtbags off these streets,” and “Enforcement operation in NYC. Criminal alien with kidnapping, assault & burglary charges is now in custody – thanks to @ICE,” Noem was quoted as saying, as she oversaw the arrests of illegal aliens
